From April 22 to 24, the 24th Taiyuan International Coal (Energy) Industry Technology and Equipment Exhibition (2026) was grandly held in Taiyuan, Shanxi. As one of the most influential industry events in my country's coal and energy sector, this exhibition brought together a wealth of cutting-edge technologies and equipment, focusing on the new trends of intelligent and green development in mining operations. Closely aligning with the industry's transition toward high-end intelligence, safety, and efficiency, Flender showcased its integrated intelligent drive unit—the FiDT—at the event. Utilizing permanent magnet technology, this product achieves high energy efficiency and smooth operation, offering precise compatibility with critical equipment such as scraper conveyors and transfer machines. Furthermore, Flender presented its CMS Condition Monitoring Systems—DX PRO and AIQ. These dual systems support multi-parameter online monitoring and predictive maintenance, while also enabling convenient access via a mobile cloud platform, thereby providing a dual layer of assurance for the safe operation of equipment. Additionally, the RUPEX flexible pin coupling was featured; thanks to its exceptional damping capabilities, it fully meets the rigorous demands of heavy-load operating conditions in mining environments. Flender’s comprehensive solutions received high acclaim from numerous mining enterprises, laying a solid foundation for future in-depth collaboration. Concurrently with the exhibition, Flender also hosted its "2026 Coal Expo Customer Day" event, offering in-depth presentations on its new FiDT and FLENDER ONE product lines, and engaging in one-on-one consultations to address the specific operational needs of its clients.
